All Pakistan universities can start on-line courses: HEC - Daily Times of Pakistan
Higher Education Commission (HEC) Chairman Dr Ataur Rehman has said all the universities of Pakistan have been granted permission to start on-line and distance-learning courses as the HEC has decided to recognize all the degrees awarded by its accredited universities and institutes.
