NCC Education, a provider of IT education and training in Manchester, U.K., recently launched a virtual university (www.nccedu-vc.com) to deliver online courses to working adults. The organization traditionally has served post-high school students who wish to work toward certificates or a bachelor's degree in computer-related fields in a brick-and-mortar classroom.
