The program is a joint effort by the MOE and the National Central University which is in charge of R&D for the digital tablets. "Digital learning tablets" are the brainchild of "Educities," an open online educational platform providing free public access to construct a futuristic e-classroom and integrate the community's Internet-based learning resources, said NCU Professor Wang Hsue-yie....
