Anyone from stock analysts to industry consultants to media reporters who might stake their reputations upon predicting the future of any industry should look to this past year as a lesson in humility.... No matter what happens, however, just about everyone agrees that e-learning is here to stay. As bandwidth difficulties are resolved and the training companies better understand how to use the new medium, the industry can only grow. Just about everything else, however, is still up for grabs....
