It's the first completely Internet-based degree program at CSU for people working toward a California teaching credential. Students could live anywhere from Humboldt to San Diego and take classes whenever their hectic schedules demand -- 3 p.m. or 3 a.m. -- at Chico State. Liberal Studies Online targets people who haven't completed their bachelor's degrees, but it could also aid those already holding degrees that aren't geared toward a teaching career....
